  • The facemask product we use is a gentle and natural Kiwi + Avo mud mask. It is gentle on little peoples skin and we have not had any reactions, however please check for full ingredients if you have any concerns.
     

  • We have a lovely range of ‘No Nasties’ makeup in our bedazzle kit (as well as a variety of other makeup, face glitter and gems). Please do let us know if any guests have allergies or concerns so we can be sure to be extra careful.
     

  • Boys are absolutely welcome! Please let us know if you have any attending and we will tailor accordingly.
     

  • Travel costs may apply depending on your location, feel free to flick me an email and i can advise.
     

  • To set up in your home we need to ensure there is the appropriate amount of space (about 3m2 for the table setup alone), PLUS additional ample spaces for mani, pedi + bedazzle stations. Feel free to send me an email with photos of the space if you aren’t sure.
     

  • To allow enough time for setup we usually like to arrive at least 1 hour prior to party start time. We would generally be onsite for 2.5-3.5 hours including party time, setup and packdown (depending on type of party).
     

  • The duration of the party depends on the package selected, and how many guests will be attending.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. This amount is non-refundable. The balance is due the week prior to your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

We understand that life happens, especially with little ones! However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, the following cancellation policy applies:

​

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding a $50 admin fee.
     

  • Cancellations made 7–21 days prior to the event will forfeit the 50% deposit, but no further charges will apply.
     

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full balance will still be due. This is because we will have committed staff, supplies, and preparations specifically for your party.
     

  • If you need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our absolute best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. One reschedule is allowed free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Further reschedules may incur a fee.
     

We always aim to be flexible and kind - if something comes up, just reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.
